Is It Time to Replace Your Furnace?
Most gas forced air furnaces are designed to last for around 15 to 20 years. With proper care and maintenance, you can expect to enjoy the full lifespan of your furnace. However, there will come a day when it needs to be replaced. As your furnace loses efficiency, and as parts wear out and break, it becomes more cost-effective to replace your furnace with a new one rather than making continued repairs. Our professional installation team will help you determine when it is the right time to replace your furnace.
A Furnace or A/C/HP installation is a costly project and TOBIN will get it done turn-key. Meaning the labor and equipment, including all disposal of old equipment is factored into the job and quoted up-front. We give you an up-front price to get the job done right the first time, not coming back for more money once you commit to using TOBIN for your furnace replacement.
Lennox Furnaces and A/C systems come with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, which reverts to 5-years if the home sells. TOBIN offers a standard 2-year labor warranty, assuming proper maintenance is performed by TOBIN.
The cost of a Lennox standard efficiency gas furnace with installation starts at $5495 for Model#: ML180E and a high efficiency gas furnace starts at $6895 with Model # ML196E. Assumes standard installation or replacement, permit and electrical upgrades extra. All installs are up to code for the city or county in which you reside. Most installs are custom based on the needs and design of your home. Any code upgrades or additional work such as new duct-work, system sealing or cleanup, or retrofitting are extra.
